Activities:
Be involved in such projects as Free System and Basic Income
Participate in the ReCivitas meetings
Participate in the community life
Familiarise yourself with the inhabitants of community
Organize the books and toys that have been donated
Participate in the lectures and seminars (entrepreneurship, association, network)
Be free to start some project! Get some ideas!
Organize and participate in events (feel free to do an specific one)
In the end: the volunteers write a final report describing their experience.
Periods for volunteers:
We receive volunteers every month. Please, send us your application at least 2 months before you arrive.
It’s possible to stay from 3 months to 1 year.
The costs:
The cost is R$ 1000,- per month (about USD560 or about 400Euro). This is for living costs and other expenses.
The selection process:
We try to select people with different experiences, tell us what you want do (play with children, administrative work, translations, video, environmental work…).
You must be at least 18 years old. You don’t need to have experience in social work or to speak Portuguese, but you do need to have the wish to do both!
